- If Precision Bluing doesn't disassemble your gun, we won't reassemble it for liability reasons.
- If you are sending in your gun disassembled, it needs to be COMPLETELY disassembled, with the exception of removing a barrel from a barreled receiver. Otherwise, you may incur a partial disassembly fee.
- If Precision Bluing contacts you for payment and more than one month has elapsed, we reserve the right to charge for storage fees in the amount of $10 per month per gun.
- If payment is not made within 60 days of the date you were first contacted for payment, Precision Bluing reserves the right to sell the gun(s) with proceeds payable towards mitigation of your bill. Any and all fees associated with collection of payment shall be billable to you. Remaining proceeds, if any, shall be forwarded to you.
- Precision Bluing reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for return shipping of your project.
- If, for any reason, you need to return your project, or any part thereof, for an error on the part of Precision Bluing, we will reimburse your return shipping up to $35.00. Any shipping fee over and above shall be the responsibility of the customer.
- Effective March 21, 2022, all payments incurring service charges will incur their respective fee. We accept cash, personal check, cashier's check, money orders, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Facebook pay.
- Deposits taken for Next-in-Line (NIL) services are not refundable.
- Upon return of the project, we require that an inspection be conducted within ten (10) business days of receipt to verify that the project meets all specified requirements and is free from defects or issues. Please document and report any discrepancies within this inspection period to ensure timely resolution. Any claims or feedback submitted beyond the ten-day window may be subject to additional review and limitations.
